Warwick is a serial entrepreneur with 20 years experience building companies in the IT and Telecoms arena. Prior to forming 3RD SPACE, Warwick formed IIOS Limited, a highly successful telecoms company specialising in wholesale voice traffic to the emerging markets of the world. In 2008 Warwick sold IIOS to a leading UK plc and was retained as business consultant for a further 10 months. Warwick also specialises in company restructuring and previously sat on the Board of Directors for the UK's 3rd largest Audio Visual distributor, Steljes Limited.

Martyn Lock
Martyn has spent 17 years in various senior business development roles spanning IT, Telecoms, Outsourcing and the Mobile Payment Industries. Prior to joining 3RD SPACE, he was Instrumental in setting up pre-paid card services with both MasterCard and Visa in the UK and Middle East. His energy and determination continues to drive the growth of 3RD SPACE around the world.

Robert Ashcroft
Robert was appointed Chief Executive Officer for PRS for Music in January 2010. Prior to being appointed to the Board of 3RD SPACE Services, Robert sat on the management boards of Sony Electronics in the United States and of Sony Europe. Robert also led the launch of Sonystyle.com and the company's $1.4bn Personal Audio and Car Stereo business. Robert was then appointed to Sony's European Executive Committee and was responsible for restructuring the digital content division across Mobile, broadband and broadcast networks. In this role he developed and launched the world's first personalized music subscription service to offer streaming and downloads to mobile phones and PCs. The service was launched as Vodafone's Radio DJ in eight European countries between 2006 and 2007. Prior to Sony Robert worked in logistics planning and operations management at Esso Petroleum, in strategy consulting with the LEK Partnership, and in Consumer Product Licensing at The Walt Disney Company.

Jean Francois Denis
Jean Francois is an international Media Executive who brings 3RD SPACE 30 years of designing engaging and revenue generating Media strategies. Jean Francois has held senior positions in the sports industry and has worked closely with global sports governing bodies (FIFA, UEFA, IAAF, FIBA, Formula One) sports federations (African Football Confederation, IPC), Football clubs (Manchester United, The G14 Football group) and Rugby Unions (NZRFU, FFR) at Executive Committee/Chairman/General Secretary/ Board level.

Mick Reeve
Mick is a respected and internationally renowned technology professional with 36 years in senior positions with British Telecom plc finishing as BT's chief technical architect. Mick was responsible for the technical architecture of BT's 21cn project. He also led BT's efforts in standards. He is a Fellow of the UK's Royal Academy of Engineering.
