3RD SPACE Management Team

Warwick Hill   Chief Executive Officer Warwick is an entrepreneur with 20 years experience building companies in the IT and Telecoms arena with particular expertise in the large emerging economies. Warwick has extensive experience working in overseas technology and services markets and prior to forming 3RD SPACE, Warwick formed IIOS Limited, a highly successful telecoms company specialising in wholesale voice traffic to the emerging markets of the world. In 2008 Warwick sold IIOS to a leading UK plc and was retained as business consultant for a further 10 months. Warwick also previously sat on the Board of Directors for the UK's 3rd largest Audio Visual distributor, Steljes Limited.

Martyn Lock   Chief Operating Officer Martyn has spent 17 years in various senior business development roles spanning IT, Telecoms, Outsourcing and the Mobile Payment Industries. Prior to joining 3RD SPACE, he was Instrumental in setting up pre-paid card services with both MasterCard and Visa in the UK and Middle East.

Richard Newsome   General Counsel and Commercial Director Richard began his commercial career with Racal Electronics in 1984, working as a Solicitor in the embryonic Vodafone division and being involved in the definition and implementation of the mobile telephone industry in the UK, as well as leading Vodafone Group into licence bids in other territories around the World. In 1990, he was recruited by Unitel (now T-Mobile) as General Counsel, taking the company from inception through commercial launch. In 1995, Richard co-founded Redstone Telecom, the UK's first independent PTO having been awarded a licence by the Department of Trade and Industry. Redstone floated on the main London Stock Exchange in 1999. Following the flotation, Richard moved into supporting a number of start-up IT and Internet based businesses as an investor and non-executive director or advisor before joining 3rd Space on a full-time basis in early 2010.
